Thank you for shopping with Broroma Candles. Each of our products is hand-poured and crafted with care. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below before making a purchase.
All Sales Final
Due to the handmade nature of our candles and wax melts, and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Used products
- Opened candles or wax melts
- Products damaged due to improper use or care
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement item
- A store credit
- A refund to the original payment method
Shipping Issues
Broroma Candles is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Scent Preference Disclaimer
Scent is subjective. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on scent preference or strength perception.
Candle Care and Safety
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
- Failure to follow candle care instructions
- Burning candles for excessive periods
- Improper wick trimming or placement
- Leaving candles unattended
